Brand, Marketing & Experiential Leader
I help brands connect with their audiences in every dimension, from the big idea to the live experience. Brand strategy, marketing, and experiential that doesn't just look good, but leaves a lasting impression.

I'm Fabrizia Cannalonga, a global marketing executive with 15+ years leading brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and large-scale experiential programs across automotive, technology, and consumer sectors. I've worked at every level: from VP at Innocean managing a $110M+ portfolio for Hyundai and Genesis Motors, to building boutique brands from scratch.
I launched Genesis Motors in the U.S., full brand positioning, experiential debut, and PGA Tour sponsorship, in under 40 days. I produced Toyota's highest-rated National Dealer Meeting, attended by 5,000+ dealers across 300,000 sq ft. I scaled a DTC brand 550% in 12 months on less than 15% marketing spend. I bring that same intensity, creativity, and accountability to every client I partner with.
Hyundai, Genesis, Toyota, Lexus, LA Auto Show, real brands, real results, at scale.
I don't just build the plan, I've been on the floor making it happen. Both sides of the table.
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 4.0 GPA. The academic rigor to match the real-world experience.
From Fortune 500 brand strategy to hands-on experiential production, I bring 15+ years of real-world expertise across automotive, tech, and consumer sectors to help your business grow with purpose.

Led marketing spend across enterprise clients including Hyundai Motor America and Genesis Motors at the national and global level.
Scaled a DTC consumer brand from $400K to $2.8M in one year on under 15% marketing spend. Built influencer and affiliate programs from scratch.
Took the same DTC brand to a top-10 Amazon category ranking within two years through performance marketing, content, and channel strategy.
Delivered full experiential strategy, PGA Tour sponsorship activation, and national brand launch for Genesis Motors — in under 40 days. $700M in Year 1 sales followed.
Directed Hyundai's global exhibit program across 80+ international trade and auto shows per year — brand environments, ambassadors, fabrication, and live brand experience.
Turned around a failing marketing department, scaling revenue from $35M to $110M within 4 years — while leading cross-functional teams of 28+ across global markets.
Kept the agency profitable during the pandemic by pivoting the entire portfolio to virtual events — retaining $16M+ in contracts without losing a single client.
Negotiated and executed a 10-year PGA Tour title sponsorship as the global launch platform for Genesis Motors — delivering international brand visibility across events, media, and consumer engagement programs.
Negotiated and activated strategic licensing partnerships with global brands including Michelin and Mattel, expanding co-marketing reach across retail and digital channels.
When Hyundai Motor Company spun off Genesis as a standalone luxury brand, it needed to enter the U.S. market not just as a new nameplate, but as a credible competitor to BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus. I led experiential and brand activation strategy during this critical launch window — building consumer touchpoints that communicated Genesis's design-forward identity and Korean heritage in a way that felt aspirational rather than derivative.
The work spanned auto show debuts, test-drive programs, dealer launch events, and VIP media moments. Every touchpoint was designed to shape a first impression for a brand with zero U.S. equity — and turn awareness into consideration.
Key Contributions
Tiny Traveler is a family travel content brand I founded and built independently — creating everything from brand identity and editorial strategy to audience development and monetization. What started as a personal project became a real business: a community of parents who travel with intention, and a platform that brands trusted to reach them.
This project gave me hands-on experience across every dimension of brand building — strategy, content, social, partnerships, and revenue. It also deepened my understanding of what it actually takes to grow an audience from zero and convert it into a sustainable business.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, live events — the core revenue driver for FG|PG — stopped overnight. As a senior leader, I helped architect the agency's pivot: identifying adjacent opportunities, repositioning our capabilities, and moving fast to replace lost revenue with new business in digital, virtual, and content-driven activations.
The result wasn't just survival — it was growth. We emerged from the pandemic with a more diversified service offering, new client relationships, and a stronger case for the agency's strategic value beyond event production.

Over several years of work with Hyundai Motor Company, I helped develop and scale experiential programming across global markets — from major auto shows in North America and Europe to brand activations tied to high-profile sponsorships including FIFA and the Olympics. The work required coordinating across international teams, managing complex logistics, and ensuring brand consistency across vastly different cultural and competitive contexts.
At its best, this work helped Hyundai show up as more than a brand with a point of view on mobility, design, and the future. My role was to bring that to life in physical and live environments in a way that was locally relevant and globally coherent.
